Nikita Gibson holds the position of Senior Vice President at Clarity Life Insurance Ltd. and serves as a Partner at Castalia Consulting Inc, both companies registered in Barbados. With a wealth of experience spanning the financial and insurance sectors, she adeptly manages the expectations of shareholders, directors, and clients.

At Clarity Life, Nikita is known for crafting tailored life insurance solutions for high-net worth individuals around the world, addressing critical objectives such as generational wealth preservation and asset protection. In her capacity at Castalia, she operates as a proactive risk management professional, continually exploring new industry developments and their impacts. This proactive approach enables her to facilitate innovative responses that assist clients in achieving quantitative risk management solutions.

Nikita holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Science, First Class Honours in Mathematics and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She is qualified as an Associate Actuary with the Society of Actuaries, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and the Caribbean Actuarial Association.

Beyond her corporate roles, Nikita is deeply engaged in various leadership positions. She serves as a Commissioner of the Financial Services Commission and holds directorships in Invest Barbados, the Caribbean Actuarial Association, BIBA the Association of Global Business and the Princess Margaret Secondary School, where she serves as Deputy Chairman. Additionally, she sits on the Board of several privately-owned Barbadian companies.

Nikita's commitment to the business community is evident through her role as Chair of BIBA’s Business Development Committee. She is also an active member of the Banking and Insurance Committees of BIBA, contributing her expertise to the industry's growth and development.

Furthermore, Nikita's passion for knowledge sharing has led her to facilitate numerous training sessions and speaking engagements throughout the region. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum, including life insurance, regulatory compliance, financial health, wealth management, and investments. She has shared her knowledge with diverse audiences, ranging from individuals and businesses to various associations. She is also part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.

Outside her professional pursuits, Nikita devotes her spare time to volunteering. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Barbados and contributes indirectly to various non-profit organizations, furthering her commitment to making a positive impact within her community.
