Reservation Process
Please note that room reservation requirements are embedded in the conference registration form.
ICAB is responsible for managing the hotel reservation process via the conference registration website and will forward our rooming lists to Wyndham Sam Lords Castle reservation department as per our contract.
You will be invoiced for your hotel stay subsequent to completion of your conference registration and payment of your delegate fees by ICAB directly.
- Conference Hotel rates remain apply to the period June 26th to June 30th, 2024 and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis ONLY.
- Conference Hotel rooms ARE NOT to be booked directly with the hotel or via its website. Should you do so, your room will not be guaranteed under conference terms, or be a part of our reserved conference block. Please refrain from contacting the Wyndham resort in relation to your conference reservations.
- Any other advertised rates for the property do not relate to or bear any relevance to arrangements for the ICAC 41st Annual Conference of Accountants.
- Please register EARLY to avoid dissappointment!

Rates are in US Dollars and are quoted as ALL-INCLUSIVE per person, per night rates.

- Rates above are inclusive of all taxes.
- A separate tourism room rate government levy of USD$10.00 per night of your stay is charged at check-in
- Please note that the special conference hotel rates apply to stay nights between June 26, 2024 and June 30, 2024 inclusive subject to availability, after which time the Hotel’s published rates WILL apply and be charged.
- There is a maximum occupancy per room, additional persons MUST be listed at time of reservation
- Adding a third adult to a room with two adults already sharing that room would result in a third person charge of US$185.00 per night.
- ONLY two full conference delegates sharing a room will benefit from a double occupancy rate of USD$190.00 per person
- Any room guest not registered as a full delegate for the conference will pay a nightly room rate of USD$258.00 and USD$185.00 per person per night for any additional guests thereafter
- Children up to 4 years old are FREE when sharing the room with an adult guest
- Children between 4 and 12 years old are charged a rate of USD$74.00 per child per night
- Children between 13 and 17 years old are charged a rate of USD$130.00 per child per night
Check-In time is 3:00 pm and Check-Out time is 12:00 noon.
