Cancellation & Substitution
Our Policy
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via admin@icacorg.com or phone us at +1 [876] 922-3223) no later than May 8, 2020, in order to obtain a refund. For cancellations received up to that date, a cancellation fee of USD$200 will be deducted from your refund. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitution may be made at no extra charge.
Substitution
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by admin@icacorg.com , no later than June 4, 2020. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
