Cancellation & Substitution

Our Policy

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via icacconference@icab.bb or phone us at +1 [246] 429-5678) no later than 4pm AST May 15, 2024, in order to obtain a full refund less our processing fee of USD $200.00. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitutions may be made at no extra charge.

Substitution

You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via icacconference@icab.bb, no later than May 31, 2024. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
