Mrs. Browne’s accomplishments lie in the fields of Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Culture Change Management, Strategic HR Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her expertise and skills in human resources development and training were honed from several teaching assignments at the tertiary and professional levels. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Surrey; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics & Law from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Cave Hill School of Business.
