He is a national speaker and author, presenting on the people issues in organizations and is often quoted in national media. He has advanced training in assessment tools, and consults on communication and human resources issues. He is Senior Consultant at ExpertSpeaks in Indianapolis, where he provides consulting services to clients from all industries. He has launched two businesses and co-created a roundtable for CFOs that has been active since 1998.
